This website is a pure information page about the Sehnsucht mobile app. The app itself has its own privacy policy, which is displayed inside the app.

03Hosting & processing on our behalf

This website is hosted on the servers of an external hosting provider. The provider processes personal data on our behalf (in particular IP addresses from the server log files), exclusively for the purpose of providing the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the host.

04Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits. This includes:

• operating system used
• referrer URL
• host name of the accessing computer
• time of the server request
• IP address (shortened/anonymised)

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR — our legitimate interest in providing a stable, secure website. Logs are deleted no later than 14 days after collection.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Plausible, Matomo or any other web-analytics service. There is no profiling, audience measurement or re-targeting. No data on your visit is forwarded to third parties.

08Fonts & assets

All fonts (Geist Sans / Geist Mono) are self-hosted on our own infrastructure via @fontsource. No connection is established with Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts or any other CDN for font delivery. Images, scripts and styles are served from the same domain.

09Contact via e-mail or phone

When you contact us by e-mail or phone, the information you provide will be stored solely for the purpose of processing your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). Data is deleted as soon as the matter is finally resolved, unless statutory retention periods require longer storage.
